Areca Catechu seems to like my climate

I ordered this Areca Catechu one and a half months ago and it already has a new frond and a new spear. It came a bit neglected but it has recovered. I put it in a 20 Gallon pot with dirt that keeps the ground humid and its the 2nd fastest palm in my garden. It gets 3 hours of full morning sun. Of course I'm gonna have to bring it inside and protect it in the winter since this species is very sensitive to the cold.

By the way, I bought the palm from a seller in Colima, Mexico for 650 Pesos (31.65 Dollars) I'm not sure if it's the normal form or Semi-Dwarf.
