Sabal uresana fronds turning too quickly?

The first pic is of a frond that came out in late May, it has some spotting and slight yellowing in places. I feel some of the fronds are turning a little sooner than they should but not sure.  I’ve trimmed a few older ones off already.
Does it look like it’s needing something?
It’s currently pushing up two fronds fairly quickly.

Last two pics are from late May

Mine here in southeast NC does the same thing, usually only holding on to 3-4 green fronds at a time.

Not sure if it is a nutrient issue, but I think I give it plenty of palm gain.  I have clay soil, if that matters?

Maybe its a response to the amount of rain and humidity it is getting here compared to what they would experience in habitat?

Photo from this winter.  It has since grown one new frond but lost the oldest frond (the spotty one in the lower left of photo). No net gain in frond number.

Yeah I thought it may be because the plant is not used to humidity and lots of rain but it sounds like yours is acting similar to mine.
It’s on its 4th or 5th frond since spring already,

Here in Columbia . Doubt it’s a humidity issue…  not sure if the zoo is in clay or sand… we’re in the transition zone so soil type varies a lot. But the ones in Texas are most likely in clay ….

Translucent yellow/orange or dead spots on leaves is a common sign of potassium deficiency.  Sometimes the tips are curled or frizzled.  This always starts at the oldest leaves first, and progresses towards the newer ones.  If the yellow bands were linear then it could be magnesium or manganese.  I'd add some SulPoMag and a small amount of granular Manganese Sulfate, just to cover all the bases.
