Some recoveries some failures, too many to mention. But here are some pictures.

Austin had 25 earlier this month. A fair amount of damage. 10 maybe 12F last February. Very warm spot south of the Skyline of Austin.

I have grown to love their hardy cycad collection.

I'm glad to see their giant Arenga engleri survived palmageddon and has grown back so well. It was one of my favourite specimens at Zilker. I'd love to get seeds off it one day.

Impressed that the Neobuxbaumia held-up as well as it did.  I had a smaller one down near Slaughter that bit the dust.  A 2ft Tricho tershekii survived though. I had already moved away and not sure if either was protected.  A Ferocactus hamatacanthus did similarly as well.

Surprised the saw palmetto did not do better.
