The fronds on this palm keep getting paler with each new frond. I keep it on my patio which only gets morning sun and i fertilized last 6 months ago. It looks otherwise healthy, is this normal, nutrient deficient or sun deficient?

Maybe you've heard majesties make terrible houseplants. Believe it. They are also water and fertilizer hogs, need lots of light and sun. Fertilizer once or twice per year is totally inadequate. Use a time release fertilizer formulated for palms. Don't use the granular blue stuff and risk burning roots. Come spring yours will want to go outside and carefully acclimated to full sun.

Nearly it is outside just have it inside because it's going to be cold tonight. Should I fertilize even in the winter?

I would feed it.  I think it is nutritional.  Also, in the Spring, I would transplant it.  They love water and food as said above, but gotta say, mine has never done better inside.  Yes, mine is also outside for a long as possible (May into early November, then my garage, then my basement in January), come February, will probably get it back into the garage again.  I am currently looking for another one to add to my hoard.

Yes, it's like an integrated tray that I Can take off.
