Windmill Palm leaves seem to be light green

We bought and planted some 6 foot Windmill palms this spring and 2 of the 6 seem to have lighter green leaves.  I fertilized a month & a half ago.  Are they okay or do I need to do something else?  Hate to loose them!

Probably not a big deal but pictures always help.  Wait till next spring and fertilize with palmgain or similar.
