My cat palm has brown edges on most of its leaves and black patches on the stems. I’ve had this plant for years, is there anything I can do to save it, please?

Spots aren't unusual on Chamadorea cataractarum.   Couple pics of spots on ones I grow to sell. Notice on the old leaf base that's dried they're more abundant.

As @PalmatierMeg mentioned a full plant/pot pic might give clues about other issues.

Okay, thank you @PalmatierMeg and @NOT A TA. I’m including a full photo. The edges of the leaves are browning and these black spots are quite big in relation to the plant.
