As alluded to a few times, spent a long Wednesday traversing across various spots down around Tucson, and points south of there to catch what will likely be one of the wettest Monsoon seasons across the state..

While i didn't make it to all the targeted areas on my list, ( time flies on the road, Traffic is always " traffic ", and my camera was worn out w/ so many pictures taken, even before arriving here ) To say it was an experience, is putting it lightly..  Not to say the area will never experience such a wet year again, or in my lifetime ..but this was epic..  and not soon to be forgotten.

Made a quick stop back at Agua Caliente again, just to see how things were looking after so much rain and to collect seed off a couple interesting native grasses used in the landscaping there. While things might look similar to pictures from the last visit, everything is much greener, in person atm down there.. W/ storms trying to develop over the Catalinas to the north, Rincon Mountains to the east and south, and all that vibrant green,  makes for some moody landscape scenes..  Anyway,  Enjoy..

Bigger threads, from the other spots visited yesterday to come in other sections of the Forum..   Lots of editing.. This stop was the easiest ( to edit )

Heading into the park again..  Notice how the hills up on the Reddington Pass ( in the background to the east ) look atm..

Spring is apparently running again, or this is just the end- result of exceptional runoff into the spring from surrounding areas near it's start from so much rain.

Couple wider view shots walking toward the main pond again.. Didn't check out how things were looking further back in the Park this time.

Better pictures of that long road between the park, and the Santa Rita Mountains/ Foothills far to the south.. Not exactly apparent to the eye, but the road ( N. Soldier Trail ) is cut off at Tanque Verde Wash which runs east to west across about the middle of the picture. It was flowing when  i'd crossed it on my way to the Park.
