we had lots of rains the past week and suddenly sone sunshine the past 2 days.

Something about the rainwater just makes things wanna grow.

This palm has not shown any sign of growth for about 2 months till now

There looks to be more green/chloropyll in this new leaf which is good and I hope he grows faster and becomes more stable too.

I'm envious of your "variegation collection". :D

Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time.

Yup I will certainly post updates on this plant.  Most probably everytime it pushes out a leaf - which would be about once every 3 months :(

Sure is a slow grower and I am very very conscious about protecting it from burning the white parts of the leaves so it is in very filtered light.

I always turn to this forum everytime I encounter problems with anything so updates could come sooner than 3 months but would most probably be because there is a problem :(

I have another variegated palm that just has pale green variegation.  That one is more stable and faster growing.

If these guys set seed can I get variegated seedlings?  Anybody out there know?
