Borassus aethiopum

Hello, I’m looking for plants of Borassus aethiopum and have only been able to find 45-100 gallon potted specimens. While I would love to have these I can’t afford the $1,000+ price tag on these plants. Does anyone know of a source in Florida for smaller or less expensive specimens of Borassus aethiopum? Thanks

Earlier this year NatureGirl had some small Aeothiopum.  She may still have these, if you are interested in growing them from gallon size:

I do have one left out there that germinated later than the others. But now it is getting its second leaf, and is bigger. I’ll take a look at it later.

I’ll take it NatureGirl

After looking at it, I don’t think I wanna ship it, it has real long leaf.  I’ll probably have a palm sale here in Sept. Will save it for that.

You're fairly close to NatureGirl.  It's worth a drive as her items are quality.

Yes @NatureGirl do you still have the 1 gallon Euterpe edulis too? Also what else might you have at your sale? I’m not that far away.

Hello everyone, does anyone else have any leads with these palms?

In Florida, not at the moment even though I've seen some gardens with mature palms.  Not sure if any of the CFPACS folks on the coasts have any they would like to sell/gift you or not, but it can't hurt to ask on the Facebook page.

You might be able to get seeds here if @Jibril enterprise is still around:
