Mediterranean palms in Las Vegas, some browning and yellowing

Hi all, I am not great at plant care at all but we have these beautiful Mediterranean fan palms and I would like to help them thrive. I can’t tell if I’m watering too much, not enough or they need plant food. Right now they get watered 6 days a week on drip irrigation for 25 minutes but you’ll see the tips are still curling on one, the other is yellowing and now some of the fronds look heavy? The bottom of the trunk on the curling one looks white in some spots, almost burnt. They were here before we bought the house and they are basically in full sun all day. Any tips? Or are they actually doing just fine? Thank you

My opinion, these need a lot of water during the extreme heat.  I documented here, I had a couple of 5 gallon, full sun for 5 or 6 years now, but were up against the block wall on the property line.  Temperature was about 115 deg. F BUT THE RADIANT HEAT FROM THE WALL WAS APPROX. 137 deg. f and cooked the roots.  This beautiful Med. Fan is much further away from a RADIANT heat source.  You will be fine.  I water my container farm DAILY.

Drippers? I would do that at least twice; once after sunset and once before sunrise. I live in a similar climate and that helps a lot. I use 11pm and 5am, myself.
