Need a little help. I recently purchased two bottle palms a few months ago for the great room of my new house. They are slowly but steadily dying and I don't know what to do.   The only info on the internet talks about how maintenance free they are. They get tons of southern exposure natural light from my big bay windows. They get watered weekly and I bought specific palm soil to transplant them and use a modest amount of palm specific fertilizer.  I'm hoping you all can help me identify the problem. I'm having difficulty uploading pics to my post. My best guess in a mineral deficiency or disease... Thanks kindly for your help!

If I can say one thing watering indoor palms. Especially up north. You only do it when they need it. My palms are in a palm room with all the fixens and sometimes I only water every 3 weeks

so root rot happens a lot for us indoors. Also what is this palm soil?

I’ve never tried these indoors, but it could be the usual indoor suspects…. Soil too wet, air too dry, not enough sunlight, mites or mealy bugs or scale….   Hard to tell without pics of the plants and room.

I have these in pots and in the ground outside in full, all-day blazing sun, rain, and Florida humidity and they do well.    Regular palm/cactus mix is too wet even outdoors IMHO.

There may be better indoor Palm choices.
