This is wild.  80F swing in a week.

My house is at the bottom of a giant cold sink (river valley) in the desert.  I’ve seen 24F to 82F in one day more than once this year.  That’s -4.4C to 27.7C, or right around a 32C or 58F swing in a day.  I thought that was crazy.  46C is madness.
