Hi.

I have untied it a few days ago (transplant 5 months ago).

I notice that almost all the leaves are bending. Is it normal? How do you see it?

Thanks!

Branches are not used to supporting the weight of the leaves for at least 5 months.  New growth looks healthy otherwise should be ok. IMO

I mail-ordered my w. Robusta last year, and a couple leaves did this after I unboxed it. I cut them off and all of my new growth has been normal.

Thank you. Do you recommend cutting them or waiting for them to dry 100%?

Cut only when 100% dry, if you don't mind about the horizontal position. They still got some green. Palms recycle old fronds nutrients, it will help new growth and palm establishment.

Do not cut off any fronds until they die and turn dry/brown.  Then cut them off.

(Even though I have cut off green fronds many times before).

There are some filifera grown in my area. Truly at their limit(zone 6b -zone 8a). Coming out of winter, we are often lucky to have any green.

Right before they start growing(2-6 weeks from now) the older leaves usually loose any green and quickly brown.  I believe the palm concentrates it's energy into new growth.

To me that is what your palm appears to be doing. But from the pic, your climate looks much milder!

As others have stated, do not remove the leaves until they are brown or until your palm is more healthy.

I suspect(hope) your palm has spent the last 5 months doing root work and is sapping some energy from some older leaves.
