Not surprising, I need an ID on these little beauties, missing and sun bleached tags frequently leave me wondering. I have a tray full of these and they have been powering through the winter so well I needed to put them in bigger pots, usually not the case in winter.

A bit of a wild guess, any chance they could be D. Marojejyi? I'd say it bears a striking resemblance to mine at that size. Are the leaf bases dark and textured?

I'm going to say Pinanga or Calyptrocalyx.

Palms of Victory I shall wear

Cape Coral (It's Just Paradise)
Florida
Zone 10A on the Isabelle Canal
Elevation: 15 feet

I'd like to be under the sea in an octopus' garden in the shade.

I've never grown a Calyptrocalyx, but based on the photos I have seen, it just has that look about it.

That is my first guess, but otherwise definitely Pinanga in my humble opinion.

Either way, I'm jealous that you have a tray full of these doing well through winter! :D

A Calyptrocalyx species of some kind, are the plants all solitary or not large enough yet to tell?

The palm in the third photo looks like a different species, could just be the image but it resembles a Burretiokentia sp.?

At first I thought it was dypsis rosea first pictures but then looking at the ribs on the bifid fronds it looks like my struggling calyptrocalyx hollirungi. Both flush red fronds My 2 cents

That palm in the first photo resembles Dransfieldia micrantha except for the undivided pinnae at that size.

Based on the majority vote of Calyptrocalyx I went back to my order in 2019 from floribunda and found the following

Calyptrocalyx albertisianus

Calyptrocalyx elegans

Calyptrocalyx hollrungii

Chances are good the tray is a mixture of these, all looking similar in the photos I google. Going to look further to see if there is clear variation in them as I usually don't order 12 of the same anything. Appreciate the assistance.  These have blasted through a pretty cold December, cool.
