Hey I’m new to this and need help with my palms sprouts (adonidia merrillii)  the story goes I was on vacation and the people who own the place we stayed at cut the trees rack off and I found these seems and started growing them. So I been growing them by I have a heater set to 85 degrees in my room and I water them once a week and I potted them with cactus palm potting mix from miracle grow. But the issue is I was repotting my sprouts and in the second picture my palm sprout seed pod came off of the plant and I don’t exactly know but can it live without it seed is what I’m asking. And the last picture that sprout has is seed and is kinda dying and hasn’t open its leaves yet so it that one dying or like hasn’t grown yet. Plus the palms all have a brown tip on the leaves and under that It has like a dark army green part on the tips. But anyways if you know what going wrong please tell me and if you can please send tip on these guy there very important to me thanks for reading this and please help of you know what’s happening

Is your heat source pointed directly at the seedlings? This might be a reason for the crispy tips. Also, i have included a pic below that has to do with pot size. The red circles indicate the pots that are way too big for your seedlings, the green boxes indicate pots that i would recommend for every seedling.
Do the pots have drain holes? If they do not have drain holes the water that you give will collect in the bottom and cause root rot, but by the looks of the trays under the pots, i would assume they do have drain holes.
This is just my thinking, i would let a more experienced person guide you as i have no experience with these.

Agree with @JLM. Pots are too large. They also must drain well and never sit in trays/saucers of water. Miracle Gro soil mixes straight from the bag are not coarse enough to drain well and tend to turn to muck when wet, which is the case here. Don't water to schedule but when the top 1" is dry. Your seedlings are prone to root rot and damping off. You need a mix that is coarse and drains very well. You could add more perlite to your mix. I've been looking into coco coir (ground up coconut husks) for increasing drainage for my potted palms. The heater in your room may be increasing the warmth these palms desperately need but also may be drying out the air and dessicating them. Adonidias also require very high humidity, i.e., 80% and up. But centrally heated northern homes are dark, dry and ususally too cold for them. You can try setting pots atop a tray of rocks and water to increase humidity.
