Areca Palms from same plant nursery...both are leaning

I know this isn't the plant clinic community but wanted to see if I could get some help from some of you palm experts.

I was sent one areca palm as a gift from Plantz and she was doing fine for about a week and the she started leaning over to the side...so much so that she fell over. I tried several things with her and the nursery was helpful but eventually sent me another one...and she did fine for about a month and now she is also leaning...a lot.

I repotted both and I used the Miracle Gro Cactus, Palm, and citrus soil and mixed it in with the soil they already have and now the soil doesn't drain at all...I thought maybe it was too compacted so I used a soil sleuth to aerate the soil and still doesn't drain.

They are both in bright rooms. One is in a south facing room and the other is in a east facing room. Both of these rooms get bright light, the south facing room has frosted window stickers.

Any suggestions? I also included pictures of the browning that's happening...I think my watering is off. I've even had to prune the first one quite a bit because many of the fronds were yellow/brown and now more are going that way.

Thanks in advance.

Don't see any pictures... For palms to sucessfuly reestablish from being sent (probably bare rooted),soil needs to be warm.A heat mat,or heating pad capable of keeping soil at 80F-90F would be very helpful in the recovery.
