The Real Northernmost Coconut Palm In the Us

I looked at Crescent city, Florida on street view because according to the interactive hardiness zone map, it's the only place in Florida north of Daytona Beach that is zone 9b or above so i wanted to see what they grew there. Then I saw a coconut palm! It might be a Mule palm so I want someone to check it out.   19 Summit St https://maps.app.goo.gl/d8E4cdNSR1h7pDJCA

Good find! The inflorescence give it away - it's not a coconut. That is a mighty nice mule!
