Dear Xerophyte Nyc  :)

fentastic stills with terrefic resolution...

and special thanks for covering those lovely CIDP,yuccos,

cycas,my head was just spinning from seeing so many

beauties all well trimmed to my taste requirements.

and the big bang was the railway station tropical landscaping

cum a glasshouse_just rocks !

the washy are reaching the top roof, many be they will be felled in years to come.the travellers palm was being admired by the travellors who are waiting for their trains !

And i must say that travellers palm was used in the most appropriate location which is worthy of its name.

thanks for those lovely still & pray for more visuals of similar palms from that location..

Lots of love,

Kris  :)

love conquers all..

Xerophyte, Thank you for the inspiring shots from a beautiful and interesting spot in the world. I am also suprised about those tender palms and plants in Madrid ,even if they are under an awning!

What you look for is what is looking

¡Ole, ole y ole!

12 years ago I moved to Spain (if you can call so the Canary Islands), but I have never visited Madrid, never seen Atocha with my eyes. Marbella is nice, I was there last year for my first time and I could visit the palm collection of IPS member Gunter Brutt. Gunter keeps the largest palm collection in mainland Spain.

Did you visit the Jardín Botánico de La Concepción in Malaga (by Marbella)?
