Hi, I came across king coconut palms while surfing the web,  they have cool looking coconuts and are supposed to be delicious, I live in SW Florida, I've tried calling some nurseries in Homestead but no luck. Maybe they're not even in the states considering they're from Sri Lanka. Any suggestions?

Thanks

You may be able to order seeds from Sri Lanka direct - but it may be difficult to verify whether the seller is honest or you could be gypped. Also, only buy from a seller who can provide phytosanitary certificates and other required import/export paperwork. Be aware that the US is cracking down on shipments of plant material that don't have necessary certificates and will seize/destroy them - they x-ray incoming shipments. The crackdown esp. targets Asian & South American shippers. If your shipment is seized you have no recourse and may even be threatened with prosecution by US authorities. Before Covid shut everything down I stopped buying from anyone who didn't offer phytosanitary certificates for exported plant material.
