The Corona,CA coconut is the most vigorous, oldest (2007-2008?) and beautiful coconut in Cali.

I'm guessing they're Beccariophoenix alfredii, right? Or are they regular Cocos Nucifera? Either way they're doing amazing. 

I've been following their growth on here for a while now and admit I am extremely envious. Wish I could grow them here, but not a chance. My lowest was 26F last winter but I went 3 months without rising above 55F. 

Can't wait to see where they will be 5 years from now! Wishing you the best with them.

@GottmitAlex I've literally just purchased a Beccariophoenix alfredii. Maybe you could say it's a drunk impulsive buy that will never make it here, but I have committed now haha. I really shouldn't buy palms when under the influence :lol2:
