Hi,

This is my Beccariophoenix alfredii in Tel Aviv area, Israel.

It easily survived 3 winters already, with minimum temp at 8 degrees celcius at winter,  and max temperature at 34 degrees celcius at summer.

Leaves are perfect and healthy, no cold or heat damage at all.

Amazing coconut look alike !!!!!!

I am soooo haaaaappy !!!!!

Update We have now a prolonged drought with 4 days already with max temps at 45 degrees celcius in Tel Aviv area. The beccariophoenix palms are doing OK without any leaf damage.

I feel the pain, minus the heat. We have a decent drought going on here. Temps have barely reached 32C so far. Good news though we have had rain for the past few days so maybe this drought gets downgraded?
