Yes.Ribbon palm.They are a trouble free grow in the desert.

These are also planted at the state capital and Treeland nursery for additional public viewing.

These look like a common palm seen all over Balboa Park in San Diego:

Agree w/ both Tom and AZtropic, 

Tall ones ( Pic #1 ) on the left is Brahea ..was thinking straight brandegeei myself though.  One on the right is Livistonia d.

 @Mr.SamuraiSword   You notice the Sabal specimens planted there at the demo garden also?.. 

Scott ( AZtropic ),  Did Treeland plant these here also? Thought i'd heard that was the case.
