hey,

i have this Chamaerops in a pot. I noticed that the center frond is coming out dry or drying. the same thing is happening with two other Chamaerops. 

 What sign is this? what can I do to help it

I don't know for sure but low humidity might be to blame.  Just a guess.

What kind of soil mix do you have and how warm is it. My guess is possible root rot. Very easy to do in pots
