Pseudophoenix sargentii a/k/a buccaneer palms seeds...  Finally turning red and starting to drop.   Took about six months.   Seems longer, when you're staring at them every day!  Really odd shape; single seeds, clusters of double and triple seeds..

Looks great Steve.  Don't forget to crack the outer shell if you plan on propagating.  Clean, let them dry out for awhile, where the outer shell is brittle, then roll them with a brick on concrete drive to crack.  Good luck!
