A row of Butias visible from the Tokyo Monorail, near its north end.  East side, just south of Kasumi Dori.  

I didn't spot others, not that I was looking.  Trachycarpus everywhere, of course, and some tall planted Washingtonias.

Wow, I've never heard of Butia in Tokyo before..

It's a fairly mild climate, cool enough for tulips and daffodils but seemingly not seriously cold.  The botanical garden is growing a wollemi pine from Australia.

Good find - thank you for posting!

You are probably already aware of it but just in case... - if you have a chance you should pay the Yume-no-shima tropical dome 

a visit, not that far from Haneda, they have great palms over there.

When I was living in Japan in the 1960s and 70s the only place where I could see a Butia (growing outside) was the coast of Kyûshû:
