Looking for: Small Licuala grandis

I am hopeful that someone may have a small Licuala grands, bigger than a seedling but small enough to comfortably ship, that I might consider purchasing. I live in Florida.

It would be great if you could let me know how much it costs and how much the shipping would be.

I live in Florida and I am looking for a licuala grandis,, not large but larger than a seedling also.

I had tried germinating the seeds 3 times purchased from Etsy and Ebay and

all 3 times nothing. I soaked them, scratched them with sand paper a little,

put them in a baggie with vermiculite, others in soil that drains well, put others in

clay balls.  Anyone know who is selling the licuala grandis seeds that are fresh?

Any reply would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
