I was on garys nursery the other day and saw this picture of an old palmetto in a very small town called eureka north carolina.

this picture is now 13 years old and i decided to check google streetview to see if it was still alive.  i checked the town of eureka (good thing it was small) and after about 10 minutes I found the only palm in eureka.  here is the street view.
