Strong and tall, withe a tag saying: Ptychosperma sp.

I doubt Ptychosperma can be so strong, do you? the red fruits seem to be small.

Crownshaft and frond structure don't look like P elegans to me. I'd guess it's a Carpentaria with those received fronds. It does look like it's been beaten up by wind which may have affected the grind shape so second guess would be Veitchia arecina
