How common is it to get color like this on a Christmas palm? I just saw this guy on a walk in Satellite Beach. (Sorry about the quality: the sun was still rising.)

Ive personally only seen one like this,  It must be pretty rare.

Looks like it recently shed a frond (see yellow scar on trunk). Unfortunately, that color may fade to green after exposure to light and air.
