It seems that the most beautiful Clinostigma we can see here on Palmtalk are growing in Hawaii.
But I try in Sri Lanka:
This C. ponapense lost his entire leaves very quickly and grows (2 years after planted)

Don't tell me "what is that doing with Licuala grandis ?"; it's fusion gardening like fusion cuisine! … in a garden where we can eat mangusteen or bananas from the trees while gardening.

A beautiful palm! All the best with it!

I have just put my first one in the ground (one year old) - fingers crossed.

I would remove some grass around the palm,

I hope you don't have wild animals like rabbits, they loved my Clinostigma!

Best regards

Thank you for the advice!

Wild animals do not really exist over here, I got to be more concerned about our strong sun and

typhoons...

best regards
