Germinating Trachycarpus fortunei

I picked some Trachycarpus fortunei seeds from a source tree in Fairfield, California back in June. I have tried the baggie method on a heat pad in the past with zero success. Anyone have any ideas/tried and true methods of sprouting these suckers?

Don't use the heat pad as Trachycarpus like to germinate between 65-70 F. They don't seem to like heat as other seeds do. Keep the medium moist spraying once a week with baggy method. They should sprout in a month. Good luck.
