I just cut out some of the older mature culms of my Wamin Bamboo to let in some more light. I now have these incredibly shaped bamboo canes between 1.5 and 2.2M long.I am wondering what I will do with them.

I do not want to propagate more Wamin.

Yes thats a possibility. No matter what I do with them I will first let them dry out and then put on a stain and varnish to protect them. I am now thinking about using them in a garden gate.

A great reasonably compact bamboo........The only thing I didn't like about it was the hairs (Hairy Mary) on the boots.......... Man that used to stick into and irritate me a lot, somewhat worse than many of the sugarcanes.
