Chamaerops humilis. European fan palm.

It looks to me like Chmaerops humilis "Vulcano", a form of Chamaerops from the Island of Vulcano. It's known for its smaller, "stubby" leaves. I have several I grew from seeds sent by a palm friend in Italy. It has been difficult to find in the US. Chamaerops come in many different variations, some clustering, a few solitary. Nice palm.

Hi  you guys,   I look up careful for those names and the  name " Vulcano"  is the one that fit the description: the most.  " She is the only Chamaerops without thorns on the petioles and leaf has a small fan in the colors as Humilis varies. Their foliage is so close to each other, standing on short Petioles that you think it could be a plastic palm tree, which also emphasize on the
the foliage causes a Rascheleffekt."

I went out and look for the smallest Chamaerops humilis fan palm and of course  it does not look like the first picture I posted.     Thanks everybody for the information.
