edible ,tasty thing  only find inside sprouted coconuts, when coconut sprouted to about 3 inches it's harvested

Yeah I ate the stuff last September when I was in Surinam. A local told me to try it and let me chop open a sprouted coconut...don't get me wrong, I did it with tears in my eyes! The spongy stuff inside was actually quite sweet.

Yes a few times. Coconuts are eaten here with regularity. Many take them green, drink the nutritious water and toss the remainder.
