Deleting Personal Uploaded Avatars

How do I get two (or at least one) uploaded avatars that I made deleted?  I uploaded them after Photoshopping them (they are my work), but last night I noticed that someone else in FL. had begun using one of them (Cocos1 and Cocossunset - same image - different colors).  I thought that personal avatars were "personal"  I wouldn't want to start using the image of Dypsis Orange Crush because we all know that Bo Goran uses it.  I made my own custom image and only uploaded it so that I could use it.  However, it became a part of the list available to all.  I later used a Photobin URL to display the avatar larger (http://www.photobin.us/uploads/82acd0d096.jpg).  Any remedy here?

Sorry, that is one of the limitations of this particular software, and a problem I had personally when I was just a member. At the time, I contacted the person using my avatar and they stopped using it. I am sure the person using yours probably doesn't know. Try contacting them, and if they are not willing to change, let me know. I should be able to convince them.

Uploaded avatars become available to all, although this is not usually a problem. If you link to your avatar stored on another site, then you have control over it (and you can make it larger than an uploaded one).

There is no easy way to delete them either. Somewhere deep in the code I could probably delete them, but I could cause more chaos than what it would be worth.

Thanks to those of you who help make this a fun and friendly forum.
