I've been following it's progress over the last several months. The tree is planted at a friend's garden and I first saw it almost 20 years ago. There should be thousands of seed when fully developed.

Jeff - last I heard was that the seed was still green in November. What do your Key West connections say? :huh:

Well Ron.........just so happens that Tim contacted me earlier today and told me he went by the house and found some of the first seed dropping off and on the ground. And so, he collected me some. :)

I have a 1 gal grown from seed that has been here in California for 3 yrs now. It also has seen temps 4 nights in a row at 32-34 (short duration) It may be possible?

Lame Duck of Doom, I mailed you some seed yesterday. Its just not Utan. I'll see if I can rustle some Utan seed for distribution through the society. Can't see Searle growing an acre of Utan at the nursery. :lol:
