Paul, thanks for the coverage of the #1 private collection of palms found anywhere. Great to see Jeff, even better to see so many of his palms getting bigger and more beautiful. BUT...many people out there would of like to have names to go with the pictures.

Jeff I agree mate I do usually label most of my pics in previous threads, but 4 big gardens in 2 days and over 1200 photos, it was abit overwhelming seeing, meeting and taking pics of their gardens. Do agree with you 100 %

If folks "really" want to know the name of a particular palm post it and 'Im sure" many could give an ID rather than bother Jeff or hassle Paul :)

Pete

I took photos of name tags on many of the palms in this post, so hopefully I can help ID some of them. Ask away.

Great thread Paul. Awesome pics too mate. It really looks like you had a WOW of the time.

Oh man, another Marcus tour? I can kiss another four hours of my life away. Jeff seems very generous with his time (he is always very detailed on the phone) and he definitely has channeled his chi flow into his collection. Maybe someday I can get on a tricycle and peddle around the garden sucking my thumb. Some folks (in most trades) really take it to the next level. Bravo Jeff!

Thanks, Paul, for the excellent coverage! Now I feel an urge to go palm shopping.

That group of Dypsis basilonga really caught my eye.

Fantastic...there are some real monsters in there...!!

So, a curious mind wants to know - does Jeff grow a coconut? :mrlooney:

Pando, that made me laugh......then go through my photos of Jeff's place. I think I do remember a token coconut at the back of the property, but honestly I don't remember. I'm sure he does, there is at one of everything on that ark.

Ok, thanks Tim. I'll try to one-up this - does he grow a double coconut (Lodoicea)? :)

Any Sabinaria seedlings?? (hehe)

A stunning collection though, just jaw-dropping incredible.
