We are looking for a head grower for our wholesale nursery, East West Trees, in Fallbrook, California. We are based at two properties in Rainbow, and have satellite properties in De Luz and Valley Center; all told it's nearly 40 acres under cultivation of palms, succulents, shrubs, trees, grasses, perennials, and bamboo. Mostly it's bread-and-butter landscape plants with a small proportion of unusual and rare plants. Sizes range from seeds/seedlings to 54-inch box trees, to field-grown large palm trees. Customers range from Texas to the Pacific Northwest but are concentrated in California. They are other growers, brokers, retailers, landscapers, and other high-volume buyers.
