Has anyone out there seen any coconut trees at this location at the top of the Sea of Cortez/Gulf of California? Cristobal of Calexico have you ever visited this location. It is popular with folks from Arizona as it is the closest location with a sea front and warm water during most of the year.

I haven't been there but there are some posts on this forum that show some pics of cocos there.

Corpus Christi, TX, near salt water, zone 9b/10a! Except when it isn't and everything gets nuked.

Looking at Streetview, they didn't capture any Rocky point images.More down south though, they have Guaymas and they have a ton of cocos everywhere. In Baja California on the west they have San Felipe Streetview, but looking around I didn't see a single coconut.

I am reposting  2006 fotos of cocos nucifera in Puerto Peñasco (some with fruit). I posted them originally in 2006 (but I cannot find the string).

I have not been to Puerto Peñasco in several years, but the larger ones were still there the last time I went.

Puerto Peñasco is at 31 degrees north on east side of Mar de Cortés (Gulf of California), at the top.
