Ah, good to see Colin!

And, you, too, of course . . .

Colin does get around!

What's the ID on the Chamadorea? Looks like a baby bifid of some kind.

Let's keep our forum fun and friendly.

King Island has a huge reputation for it's cheese and cream and beef etc. The island is part of Tassie, in Bass Strait, between Tasmanian and Victoria. It's all about the cows I guess, naturally fed, clear air etc.

Speaking of King Island, are there any palm growers living there? It would be a great Howea/Hedyscepe/Nikau spot one would think.

Not only are the scones really good, so is the homemade raspberry jam made to his nan's secret recipe. His nan and her husband were raspberry growers.

We get spoilt every time we visit them. The extra special bit is we had a jar of fresh made rasberry jam to bring home.

We have been having some everyday!!!

Troy is spreading the palm collecting disease well in Tasmania. He has surprised many with his collection.

Troy has proved good preparation is everything. Has a good fertilization scheme.

Do this and it allows palms to survive and thrive a few degrees below what we would normally think was possible.

Thank you Troy and Danielle for your warm hospitality

see you next week
