Such a spectacular garden palm, not too big, not too small, doesn't take much space, and is always stunning. Surely one of natures most intense shades of red.

I have three other A. macrocalyx and none match the color of this one. I think you might have to go through a lot of seedlings to find this particular variant.

Wow, awesome Tim. I have quite a few in my small garden and only one is bright red, but not

quite like that. What does Jeff Marcus say, "it is the new sealing wax". I agree. Great because it is a fairly fast

grower, and very easy to germinate.
