Do you dream about palms?? ;)

Kind of a fun thread here, but since we're all palm addicts, I figured I might ask...anyone besides me dream of palms? I have a recurring dream that I am driving around Wichita and come across a planting of washies, adonidia or queens, or a new Roystonea or Cocos I've never seen before...In the dream, I never think much of it, and the thought never crosses my mind that we aren't zone 10...:P Always a little bummed when I wake up from one of those...anyone else have palmy dreams, or am I just nuts? :P

Edit: Sorry if this is the wrong forum...

I'd love to say not once, not ever, but the truth is I rarely remember my dreams, and when I do only for a short time. With that being said, I am sure I do. I have certainly lay awake many a night thinking of my garden.

Since you don't remember your dreams then maybe you can start the 'do you think about palms while having sex' thread. Although not sure how long such a thread would last.

When I am in planting mode, palm dreams are the main feature at night. Sometimes the scenes are mundane -- counting pots waiting to be planted. Then counting them again, oops, start over, count them again. How many was that? Count them again... Even sweet dreams can be torturous. The more interesting dreams reveal the palms after they have grown tall. Wow! Great scenes! Realistic? Probably just a dream.

No palm dreams lately. Most recent dreams involve dozens of people arriving at an airport in Florida and following me around the airport as we look for the shuttle to the hotel... :mrlooney:
