Uncommon Livistona with nice red color when young. Red seems to be especially prevalent during the winter.

In habitat red's very common in juveniles, although not to the same extent as in L. mariae. I've got 2 small rigida but not a trace of red in either. Both are in ground, no idea why they shouldn't be showing some red.

They had much more red when smaller. Also, we had a warm winter. The colder the winter, the redder the leaves.
