Hi everyone on Palmtalk,

Something weird but rather beutiful happened to one of my Archontophoenix cunninghamiana as I took it out of the green house here in Bordeaux, France, a couple of weeks ago. I'm now calling this one Archonto "orange crush"...

You took it out of your greenhouse??! Must be a huge greenhouse!

It is sun burn. I posted one before that had a boot removed to soon and turned bright orange. Looks very cool though.

Yep, that's what it is Steve, sunburnt...!! But as you say, it looks cool ! The greenhouse is 10 feet high, this plant barely fits in now...
