Looking for seeds of assorted assorted sabal species. Not looking for palmetto, riverside, etonia or louisiana. Mostly interested in causarium, domingensis, mexicana, lisa, brazoria, brazoria x, birmingham, or uresana.

Yes, but older than some of my comments suggest;) I can appreciate Sabals before they trunk. I spoke with the owner of a Sabal causarium/domingensis with about 6 feet of trunk - 30 years he says...

It depends on where you are growing them. None of the sabals are slow here in south Florida. We have a dozen S. causiarum in the field nursery that went in as 3-gallon size plants around 5-6 years ago and they are now pushing 20'OA with 1-2 feet of clear trunk. We also have S. uresana in another field that were planted less than 5 years ago that are 12-14'OA now. They don't have clear trunk yet, but some of them will by the end of this growing season.
