Can you post your Carpentaria pics?

Where do you grow Carpentaria?

I love those palms. I have two in Arizona, just planted during mid summer, about 4 feet tall. They look nothing like those yet. Keeping my fingers crossed this is the year they take off with growth.

I also have a pair of these growing in Arizona put in as 1 gallons. They are already taller than the house.Great desert palm that has proven itself more cold hardy than foxtails or royals! Absolutely without question, the fastest growing palm I have.

Ari should come in on this thread, hope she sees it.

By the way, do you know what those trees are in the background?

Since Ari won't buy into this thread suppose I'd better. Lot of my Carpies are up in the canopy so sometimes difficult to get a good photo. But here's what I managed to rustle up today.

These have 22 metres of trunk, crown is additional height.

A couple out in the open.

Another group in the 20 to 22 metre range.

Difficult in a rainforest setting, another lot over 20 metres.

Again, up in the canopy.
