I want to order some palms but ran into a problem. The 1st palm I wanted was a Beccariophoenix alfredii. The ad here says 40% off palms through Dec. 13th.. When going to your site it says 20% off through Dec. 1st. Also is the price we would pay shown or do we take the percentage off of that price. Thanks for your reply, Jeff.

When you check out there will be a "enter coupon" box, just type in the code and it should apply the discount

That 20% off promotion ended a couple days ago and is no longer available on the website. You probably just saw it during our website's transition. Hope you got it figured out!!

I got my plants in a few weeks ago and they couldn't have looked any better. everything arrived perfectly green and stayed that way and they look like they're growing through the winter so far
