Weekend Palm Photos

Recommended Posts

Posted

I spent a couple days at the Bali House in Manuel Antonio this past weekend and took a few photos of some of the palms I planted there.

A couple trees that used to come up through the deck were taken down a few months ago. They were infested with termites and getting dangerously close to falling so they were removed and these potted palms were temporarily stuck in the deck holes. Those trees provided the potted palms afternoon shade but now they get full afternoon sun. The Areca vestiaria's (both the orange and maroon crownshaft) got pretty burned but are now acclimating.

Wow, everything is really growing Jeff. The driveway entrance looks completely different. Have fun with the R&R at the Bail house.
