Can anyone ID these palms, the fat one is J. chilensis, according to the file name, and the last one is not through the roof, but does anyone have an ID on it, it's growing in Miami, thanks, Ed

The first ones look like coconuts to me....bur since they do not grow here, I am probably wrong...

The Jubaea is at a motel in King City, California.

I wish I had a photo of the CIDP crown that went through the roof in my neighborhood -- in the opposite direction of your other photos! The crown broke off the trunk and punched a big hole in the roof of a house, fortunately nobody was injured.
