spockvr6
(spockvr6 @ Feb. 19 2007,22:05)QUOTENWS said the low tonight in 34689 would be 47F. This is pitiful. Now, even the NWS's church bingo hall ball tumbler seems to have gone AWOL. Perhaps Father Paddy has come and taken it back for the senior's "Monte Carlo Night". BS Man about Palms
Hey Larry- I read those area temps and I'm always a little curious.... If you are ever in the area of Clearwater and at or near the address of "1 South Jupiter" could you tell if thats a good microclimate there? Thats where my grandparents lived years ago with a vacant "1/2 lot" they owned next door. (after the house was sold, they crammed a house on the lot) If I can remember enough of the area, (pre palm nuttness) I think its a pretty good area that would have had a big lot. Just curious if you get a chance... TIA Bill Zone 10a at best after 2007 AND 2013, on SW facing hill, 1 1/2 miles from coast in Oceanside, CA. 30-98 degrees, and 45-80deg. about 95% of the time. spockvr6
Bill- I know the approximate area where that address is. I would say that it is a good palm climate there. It is certainly better than where I am climate-wise, but short of the climate seen in the southern parts of St. Petersburg.
